– I first heard about Framsikt through LinkedIn. I was intrigued by the company’s focus on product development and saw that their trainee position resonated with my aspirations, Haritha Latchipatula (24) shares, reflecting on her initial encounter with Framsikt.<\/p>\n

Haritha started working in Framsikt already before completing her graduation. She started as a trainee in January and graduated from MVGR College of Engineering in April 2021.<\/p>\n

Framsikt, established in 2014, has quickly become a key player in providing tools for local governments, serving over 200 municipalities across Norway. Despite now being part of Visma\u2014one of Europe’s tech giants\u2014the company has been able to keep the \u201cstart-up feeling\u201d, something Haritha finds very motivating.<\/p>\n

Learning by doing<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

At Framsikt, the emphasis on practical, hands-on work was refreshing, Haritha adds, underscoring the supportive culture that eased her transition from being a student to joining the company.<\/p>\n

– It\u2019s easy to approach your colleagues in Framsikt if you have any doubts. Especially as a new employee, I think a supportive work environment is important for growth.<\/p>\n

Close collaboration<\/h2>\n

In her role as a software engineer, Haritha\u2019s day-to-day tasks involve close collaboration with product managers and other engineers to develop and improve the software. This collaboration often includes working with team members from different backgrounds, including many from Norway.<\/p>\n

– It\u2019s interesting getting to know people from different cultures. When we meet, I see how we as a company work in different ways against a common goal \u2013 making a great product for the customer.<\/p>\n
