Framsikt is a Norwegian software company that develops a cloud-based financial planning and management product.
About us
Since its start-up in 2014, Framsikt has worked to provide Norwegian municipalities and county municipalities with a tool for the best possible business management. We have grown rapidly to a unique and diverse environment of over 140 committed employees in Norway, India and Slovakia, with a good mix of recent graduates and experienced employees.
Our customers are Norwegian municipalities and central government, and the we has over 300 companies using the product.
Framsikt AS is a subsidiary of Visma, which is one of the largest technology and SaaS companies in Europe.

Where you’ll find us
Our office in India is located in Bangalore, more specifically at BHIVE Workspace Whitefield. Here you’ll find the majority of our employees working in the department of Product development and R&D, but parts of the team are also located in Norway.
In Norway, we have several offices spread around the country, but our main office is located in Bø in Vesterålen, in the northern part of Norway.
What’s it like to work in Framsikt
The working environment in Framsikt is flexible, with parts of the team working from their home offices and parts working at the office. The freshly graduated new employees especially enjoy working from the office, since there’s no match to learning the ropes with experienced hands working alongside.
